  • 2-3 Green chilies finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder adjust to spice preference
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

For Deep Frying:

  • Vegetable oil
