  • 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)

  • 2 tablespoons Mint-coriander chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) for garnish (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds or garnish (optional)
  • Freshly chopped onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Fry the Potatoes:
