Ingredients

For Paneer Filling:

  • 250 grams Paneer Indian cottage cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Capsicum Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped for garnish

For Roti (Indian Flatbread):

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour Atta
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Water as needed
  • Vegetable Oil for cooking the roti

For Assembly:

  • Mint Chutney

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Paneer Filling

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
