  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) crushed
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Oil or butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
