  • 500 g Boneless chicken breasts boiled and shredded
  • 2 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Oil or butter
  • to taste Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 Boiled eggs sliced (optional for garnishing)

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Boil the chicken breasts until fully cooked. Let them cool and then shred them using a fork or your fingers. Set aside.
  • Puree the tomatoes and set aside. Finely chop the onions and green chilies.

Cook the Base:

  • Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

  • Stir in garlic and ginger paste, and cook until the raw smell goes away.
