  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Oil or Ghee
  • 2 cups Water
