Tips and Overview

  • Puris: Using ready-made puris saves time and ensures crispiness. You can find them at Indian grocery stores.
  • Yogurt Consistency: Ensure the yogurt is thick and creamy. If it’s too watery, the puris will become soggy quickly.
  • Sweetness in Yogurt: Adjust the sugar in the yogurt as per your taste. Some prefer it sweeter, while others like it more tangy.
  • Chutneys: Both tamarind and green chutneys are essential for the flavor balance. You can adjust the quantities according to your taste preferences.
  • Serving Tip: Serve dahi puri immediately after assembling to enjoy the crunch of the puris against the softness of the fillings.
