  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies slit
  • 1 medium Onion cubed
  • 1 medium Capsicum/Bell Pepper cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Flour dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  • Spring Onion Greens for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt

  • Prepare the Paneer: In a bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter. Coat the paneer cubes evenly with this batter.
  • Fry the Paneer: Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the paneer cubes until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
