  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Capsicum cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Onions cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Tomatoes deseeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Skewers for grilling
