  • 500 g Boneless Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • for deep frying Oil

  • tablespoons Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 Green Chilies slit
  • 1 Onion cubed
  • 1 Bell Pepper (Capsicum) cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Spring Onion Greens for garnish

  • Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with cornflour, all-purpose flour, egg, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
