Tips and Overview

  • Mushroom Prep: Make sure mushrooms are dry before coating with batter to ensure crispiness.
  • Batter Consistency: The batter should be thick enough to cling to the mushrooms but not so thick that it becomes doughy after frying.
  • High Heat for Stir-Frying: Keeping the heat high while stir-frying vegetables helps to retain their crunch and vibrant color.
  • Serving Suggestion: Chilli Mushroom is best enjoyed fresh and hot. If it sits for too long, it may lose its crispiness.
  • Adjusting Spice Levels: Modify the amount of green chilies and chili sauce according to your spice preference.
