  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1- inch piece ginger minced
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oil vegetable or sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Paneer

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add the paneer cubes and sauté until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.

  • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
  • Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
