Ingredients
For the Rice Layer:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3/4 cup water adjust as needed

For the Topping:
- 250 grams minced meat chicken, turkey, lamb, or buffalo
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon meat masala or curry powder
- 2-3 green chilies finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil per Chatamari
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Rice Batter
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with water and salt to make a thin batter. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter. Adjust the water as needed to achieve the right consistency.
Step 2: Prepare the Topping
- In another bowl, mix the minced meat with chopped onions, coriander leaves, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, meat masala, green chilies, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Step 3: Cook the Chatamari
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
